   Conditions for Homeowners:

   Homeowners must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website.

   Service providers are prohibited from:

   Providing false or misleading information on their profiles.

   Canceling booked appointments without reasonable notice (at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment).

   Providing substandard or unprofessional cleaning services.
